Medicare’s Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) Starts Soon
October 15, 2025 - December 7, 2025
This is your chance to review and change your Medicare coverage for 2026
Why AEP Matters
Each year, Medicare Advantage and stand-alone Prescription Drug plans can change — premiums, drug coverage, networks, and benefits may be different.
This is your opportunity to make sure your plan still fits your health and financial needs.
Even if you’re happy with your current plan, it’s smart to review it annually.
What You Can Do During AEP
-
Switch Plans
You can switch from one Medicare Advantage Plan to another Medicare Advantage Plan
-
Move In or Out
You can move from Original Medicare to a Medicare Advantage Plan or move from Medicare Advantage to Original Medicare.
-
Change Rx Plans
If you’re enrolled in a stand-alone Prescription Drug Plan (Part D) you can switch to a different Prescription Drug Plan.
-
Medicare Supplement
You can apply for a Medicare Supplement Plan during AEP, or at any other time during the year, provided you’re covered under Original Medicare on the desired effective date.
